Description:

Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette or crustless quiche, enriched with various ingredients such as meat, cheeses, vegetables or pasta. Powerpack with nutrients and suitable for family gathering ocassions. 

Ingredient:

2 cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in Brine, drained

10 eggs

4 potatoes, boiled & sliced

2 large onions,peeled & sliced

1 brinjal, sliced & roasted

1 red capsicum, sliced & roasted

1 zucchini, sliced & roasted

10 black olives, halved

6 tablespoons olive oil

Others a handful parsley, chopped finely

Ground black pepper

Fresh basil, finely sliced

Salt to taste

 

TC BOY 盐浸金枪鱼块(去水)2罐

蛋10粒

 

A材料

马铃薯(预先煮熟后切片)4个

洋葱(去皮后切片)2个

茄瓜(切片后稍微烤过)1个

红灯笼椒(切片后稍微烤过)1个

南瓜 (切片后稍微烤过)1个

黑橄榄(切半)10颗

橄榄油6餐匙

 

其他

香芹末少许、黑胡椒粉、九层塔切碎、盐

 

2 tin TC BOY Ketulan Besar Isi Ikan Tuna dalam Air Garam , ditapis

10 biji telur

4 biji ubi kentang, direbus dan dihiris

2 biji bawang besar,dikupas & dihiris

1 bijiterung, dihiris & disalai

1 biji kapsikum mera , dihiris & disalai

1 batang zucchini, dihiris & disalai

10 biji buah zaitun hitam,dibelah dua

6 sudu besarminyak zaitun

Segenggamdaun parsli, dicincang halus

Lain-lainserbuk lada hitam

Daun basil, dihiris halus

Garam

 

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs together with black pepper, some chopped parsley and salt. Add a little olive oil.

2. Add TC BOY Tuna, large onions, potato, some roasted brinjal, capsicums, zucchini and olives. Mix well.

3. Pour into a hot frying pan and cook over slow fire.

4. Sprinkle chopped basil on the egg mixture and coo covered on medium flame for 15 – 20 minutes.

5. Place serving plate on top of frying pan and flip the frittata onto it. Garnish with the balance of the roasted vegetables and chopped basil.

 

1.于大腕中将蛋打散,同时加入少许黑胡椒粉、盐和橄榄油。

2.加入 TC BOY 白肉金枪鱼块和材料A继续搅拌均匀。

3.将平底锅加油烧热,倒入搅拌均匀的材料一小火煎。

4.撒上一些九层塔后加锅盖以中火焖煮约15至20分钟。

5.将蛋饼覆倒在碟上,并以其余的材料装饰即可。

 

1.Pukul telur bersama serbuk lada hitam, sedikit hirisan daun parsli dan garam.Tambahkan sedikit minyak zaitun.

2. Masukkan Ikan Tuna TC B OY , bawang besar, kentang, sebahagian tepung, kapsikum, zucchini yang telah disalai dan buah zaitun.Gaulkan.

3. Tuangkan dengan hirisan daun basil dan biarkan masak tertutup dengan api sederhana selama 15-20 minit

5. Terbalikkan pinggan sajian di atas kuali dan balikkan frittata di atas pinggan sajian. Hias dengan sayur salai dan hirisan daun basil.
