Ingredient:

2 cans TC BOY Solid White Meat  Tuna in Vegetable Oil, drained                

1 Carrot, cubed     

½ stalk Celery, cubed      

8 cups White rice  

85 g Dark raisins   

85 g Cashew nuts(deep fried) 

85 g Almonds(deep fried)  

4 springs Spring onions, chopped  

1 stalk Lemon grass, bruised  

others  -Salt    

Cooking oil   

 

Ingredients for a fine,pounded paste

3 Shallots, peeled  

5 Cloves garlic, peeled 

3 Red chillies 

1 teaspoon Shrimps paste  

 

TC BOY油浸白肉金枪鱼块(去油) 2罐

红萝卜(切丁)1条

芹菜(切丁)½根

米饭 8 杯

黑葡萄 85克

腰果(预先炸过)85克

杏仁(预先炸过)85克

青葱(切碎)4根

香茅(拍打备用)1根 

其他:盐、食油 

 

配料(搅拌成泥状)

小葱头 3粒(去皮) 3粒

蒜 (去皮) 5粒

红辣椒 三条

虾酱 3茶匙

 

Preparation:

1.Saute finely pounded paste in hot oil until fragrant. Add carrots and celery, stir-fry for 5 minutes.

2. Add TC BOY Tuna and rice. Mix well and season with salt. Mix in raisins, cashew nuts, almonds and lemon grass. Cook until rice is heated through.

3.Garnish with crispy fried onions and spring onions before serving.

 

1.起油锅将配料爆香后加入红萝卜丁和青葱丁爆炒约5分钟。

2.加入TC BOY白肉金枪鱼块和米饭拌炒均匀,以少许盐调味。最后放入黑葡萄、腰果、杏仁和香茅一起炒至米饭热透即可。

3.上桌前可撒上些炸洋葱头和洋葱碎。
