Pilaf Tuna

Description:

This recipe is quick & easy! A perfect rice dish for a midweek family supper.

Ingredient:

2 cans 180g TC BOY Solid White Meat Tuna in spring water,drained

140g butter

1 Large onion,peeled & finely chopped 

½ cup Almonds 

2 pieces Bay leaves  

2 stalks Lemon grass, bruised  

2 springs Parsley, chopped  

2 cups Basmati rice,washed &drained  

2 ¼ cups Chicken stock   

4 tablespoons Golden raisins  

1 teaspoon Salt  

½ cup Mint leaves, chopped 

Juice from 1 lemon

Zest from 2 lemons  

 

TC  BOY 水浸白肉金枪鱼块(去水) 2罐

奶油  140克

洋葱(去皮后切碎)  1粒

杏仁   ½ 片

月桂叶 2片

香茅(拍打备用) 2根

香芹  (切碎) 2根

白米(洗净后沥干) 2杯

鸡汤    2 ¼ 杯

黄葡萄干     4餐匙

盐   1餐匙

薄荷叶(切碎) ½ 杯

柠檬(取汁) 1粒

 

Preparation:

1. Heat butter ans sauté onions , bay leaves, almonds and raisins. Add lemon grass and stir well.

2. Add lemon zest and sauté more. Add rice and fry for a while. Add chicken stock and salt.

3. When rice is almost dry, add TC BOY Tuna, lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle mint leaves over rice, cook covered until rice is cooked.

 

1. 将奶油加热后爆香、月桂叶、杏仁和葡萄干,然后加入香茅拌均。 

2. 加入柠檬皮继续爆香后加入白米拌炒片刻。倒入鸡汤和加入盐。

3. 当白米差不多干时加入 TC BOY 白金枪鱼块和柠檬拌均。将薄荷叶撒在米上,加盖蒸成饭即可。
