Thai Style Spicy Fried Tuna

Ingredient:

3 x 180g cans TC BOY Solid White Meat Tuna in Vegetable Oil, drained 

1 large onion, peeled & sliced round    

¼ Green capsicum, diced 

3 tablespoons Cooking oil

10 pieces Shitake mushrooms, sliced thinly

2 tablespoons Oyster sauce   

1 tablespoon Sugar

3 tablespoons Fish sauce

1 handful of basil (selasih) leaves, chopped

Others 

Spring onions, chopped

Coriander leaves, chopped

Salt

 

Ingredients for a fine, grounded paste

4 pcs Red chillies    

8 pcs Bird’s eye chilies   

3 cloves Garlic, peeled   

 

TC BOY油浸白肉金枪鱼块(去油) 3罐

洋葱(去皮后切成圈) 1粒

青灯笼椒(切丁) ¼ 个

红灯笼椒(切丁) ¼ 个

食油  3餐匙

香菇(切成) 10朵

耗油  2餐匙

糖 1餐匙

鱼露 3餐匙

九层塔叶(切碎) 1把

其他:青葱(切碎)、香葱(切碎)、盐

 

配料(搅拌成泥状)

红辣椒    4条

指天椒   8条

蒜 (去皮)  3瓣

 

Preparation:

1. Heat oil and sauté onions ground ingredients until fragrant. Add mushrooms, sauté until soft.

2. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce and TC BOY Tuna, mix well.

3. Add in green and red capsicums and chopped basil leaves. Add salt to taste and fry for a few minutes.

4. Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

 

1.起锅油,爆香洋葱和配料,然后加入香菇炒至软。

2. 加入鱼露、耗油、糖和TC BOY Tuna 白肉金枪鱼块拌炒均匀。

3.加入青、红椒灯笼椒和九层塔叶,以盐调味后继续炒几分钟即可盛起。

4.上桌前可撒上青葱碎和香菜碎作装饰。
