Ingredient:

3 cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in spring water, drained

4 unripe mangoes – peeled, stoned & sliced

½ cup dried shrimps, fried until crispy

10 shallots, peeled & sliced

10 bird eye chilies, sliced finely

3 tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges

½ cupfish sauce

4 tablespoons palm sugar

Others juice from 2 limes

A handful of mint leaves, chopped

 

TC BOY水浸金枪鱼块3罐

半熟芒果(去皮后切丝)4粒

虾米干 (炒至香脆后稍微捣碎) ½ 杯

小葱头 (去皮后写成细末)10粒

指天椒 (切成细末)10粒

番茄 (切片)3粒

鱼露½ 杯

椰糖4餐匙

酸甘 (取汁)2粒

薄荷叶(切碎)少许

 

3 tin TC BOY Ketulan Besar Isi Ikan Tuna dalam Air, ditapis

4 biji mangga muda, dihiris

½ cawan udang kering ,digoreng sampai garing

10 biji bawang merah, dikupas & dihiris

10 tangkai cili padi, dihiris halus

3 biji buah tomato, dibelah 6

½ cawan sos ikan

4 sudu besar gula Melaka

2 biji limau nipis, diambil jusnya

Segenggam daun pudina, dicincang sedikit

 

Preparation:

1. The crispy dried shrimps are pounded slightly.

2. In a large bowl, shred TC BOY, add mango slices, shallots, bird’s eye chilies, lime juice and chopped mint leaves. Mix until well combined.

3. Add tomatoes and dried shrimps.

4. Add palm sugar, a little lime juice and fish sauce. Mix and serve.

 

1.于一大碗内将TC BOY金枪鱼块捣碎,拌入芒果丝、小葱头、指天椒、酸甘汁和薄荷叶。

2.加入番茄和虾米干。

3.加入椰糖、酸甘汁及鱼露调味即可。

 

1. Udang kering, ditumbuk sedikit

2. Dalam mangkuk besar, carikkan isi Ikan Tuna TC BOY. Masukkan hirisan mangga, bawang merah, cili padi, jus limau nipis dan daun pudina. Gaulkan hingga sebati.

3. Masukkan buah tomato dan udang kering.

4. Masukkan gula Melaka, sedikit jus limau nipis lagi dan sos ikan. Gaulkan sedikit dan hidangkan.
