Ingredient:

3 cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in Brine, drained

2 bunches tapioca shoots, blanched & drained

½ cup dried shrimps, fried until crispy

200g bean sprouts

4 cakes beancurd, fried & cubed

1 clove garlic, peeled

4 red chilies

4 birds eye chilies, sliced finely

2 fresh lime

1 teaspoon shrimp paste, slightly toasted

½ cup grated coconut

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

3 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

Others salt

Cooking oil

 

TC BOY盐水浸水金枪鱼(去水)3罐

木薯叶(以热水滚过后沥干)2束

虾米干½ 杯

豆芽200克

炸豆腐(切丁)4块

蒜(去皮)1瓣

红辣椒4条

指天椒4条

酸甘 2粒

虾酱 (稍微烤过)1茶匙

椰丝½ 杯

耗油1餐匙

鱼露3餐匙

糖1餐匙

盐少许

 

3 tin TC BOY Ketulan Besar Isi Ikan Tuna dalam Air Garam,  ditapis

2 ikat pucuk ubi, dicelur & ditoskan airnya

½ cawan udang kering

200g tauge

4 keping tauhu goring, didadu

1 ulas bawang putih,dikupas

4 tangkai cili merah

4 tangkai cili padi

2 biji limau nipis

1 sudu teh belacan, dibakar sedikit

½ cawan kelapa parut

1 sudu besar sos tiram

3 sudu besar sos ikan

1 sudu besar gula

Lain-lain garam

Minyak masak

 

Preparation:

1. Heat a little oil and fry dried shrimps for 1- 2 minutes. Remove and reserve the oil for the kerabu.

2. Pound the dried shrimps, chilies, bird’s eye chilies, garlic,a pinch of sugar & salt and shrimp paste together until smooth.

3. Combine tapioca shoots, fried bean curd, bean sprouts, grated coconut and pound until a smooth mixture.

4. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce and TC BOY Tuna. Add sugar to taste and lime juice as desired. Mix until well combined.

 

1. 起油锅,少许油将虾米干炒1至2分钟。取出虾米干。

2. 将虾米干、红辣椒、指甜椒、蒜加上少许盐、糖和虾酱搅拌。

3. 加入木薯叶、炸豆腐丁、豆芽和椰丝。

4. 加入TC BOY 白肉金枪鱼块、鱼露和蚝油拌均即可。可依个人喜好以少许糖和酸甘汁调味。

 

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan goreng udang kering selama 1-2 minit. Angkat dan minyaknya disimpan untuk kerabu.

2. Udang kering ,cili, cili padi, bawang putih, secubit gula, secubit garam dan belacan ditumbuk bersama sehingga lumat.

3. Campurkan pucuk ubi, tauhu goring, tauge, kelapa parut,dan bahan tumbuk di atas.

4. Masukkan sos ikan, sos tiram dan Ikan Tuna TC BOY. Tambahkan gula dan perahan limau nipis mengikut rasa. Gaulkan hingga sebati dan hidangkan.
