Ingredient:

2 cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in Brine ,drained

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

1 teaspoon fresh basil

2 pieces bay leaves

1 stalk celery,chopped finely

1 can Italian plum tomato,mashed

4 cups fish stock

200g mixed seafood-fish, prawns,squid, mussels

2 tabespoon chopped parsley

1 tablespoon tomato puree

Others spring onions,chopped

Freshly ground black pepper

Salt to taste

 

TC BOY盐浸金枪鱼块(去水)2罐

橄榄油¼ 杯

洋葱(切碎)1个

蒜(切成细末)3瓣

新鲜百里香(切碎) 1茶匙

九层塔(切碎)1茶匙

月桂叶2片

芹菜 (切碎)1根

意大利番茄(捣碎)1罐

鱼汤4杯

海鲜(可随意选择或混合鱼、虾、鱿鱼、贝壳类等)

香芹末2餐匙

番茄泥1餐匙

青葱碎少许

黑胡椒粉少许

盐少许

 

2 tin TC BOY Ketulan Besar Isi Ikan Tuna dalam Air Garam, ditapis

¼ cawan minyak zaitun ‘extra virgin’

1 biji bawang besar, dicincang halus

3 ulas bawang putih, dicincang halus

1 sudu teh hirisan herba thyme

1 sudu teh  hirisan herba basil segar

2 helai daun bay

1 batang daun saderi, dicincang halus

1 tin tomato plam Itali, dihancurkan

4 cawan air tebusan ikan

200g isi ikan, udang, sotong, kupang

2 sudu besar hirisan daun parsli

1 sudu besar puri tomato

Lain-lain sedikit lada hitam yang baru dikisar

Daun bawang, dihiris

Garam

 

Preparation:

1. Heat olive oil and sauce garlic, celery and onions until fragrant.

2. Add tomato puree ,bay leaves,Italian plum tomatoes and chopped basil.Add in fish fillet and chopped thyme. Add parsley,some spring onions, fish stock and freshly ground black pepper.

3. Add prawns, squid, mussels and bring to a boil. Add TC BOY Tuna and allow to simmer for few more minutes. Add salt to taste. Remove.

4.Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

 

1.将橄榄油加热后爆香蒜末、洋葱末和芹菜碎。

2.拌入番茄泥、月桂叶、意大利番茄和九层塔炒均。加入鱼肉和百里香继续拌炒片刻,然后加入香芹末、青蒜碎、鱼汤和少许的胡椒粉。

3.将其余海鲜投入汤内滚开。加入TC BOY金枪鱼块再煨几分钟。以盐调味后即可盛起。

4.上桌前少许香芹末装饰。

 

1. Panaskan minyak  zaitun dan tumis bawang putih, saderi dan bawang besar sehingga wangi.

2. Masukkan puti tomato, daun bay, tomato plam Itali dan hirisan daun basil. Masukkan isi ikan dan larutkan herba thyme ke dalam. Kemudian tambah daun parsli,sedikit daun bawang,air rebusan ikan dan lada hitam yang baru dikisar.

3. Masukkan udang, sotong dan biarkan hingga mendidih sebenar. Tambahkan Ikan Tuna TC BOY dan biar mendidih sehingga ¾ masak, tutup api.

4. Masukkan garam secukup rasa dantaburkan hirisan daun parsli sebelum dihidang.
