Description:
A flavorful tuna pizza with high protein.
Ingredient:
Ingredients
30 g fresh yeast
¾ cups luke warm water
4 cups bread flour, sifted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Others tomato sauce
Black pepper
Ingredients for tomato sauce
¼ cup olive oil
½ big onion, peeled & diced
3 cloves garlic, peeled & finely chopped
1 tablespoon mixed fresh herbs-thyme, basil & oregano
1 can Italian plum tomatoes, mashed
Others salt & sugar
Topping
1 can TC BOY Solid Tuna in vegetable Oil, drained
8 olives, pitted
100g grated Mozzarella cheese
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 large onion, peeled & sliced round
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Put flour, salt and olive oil into a bowl. Add yeast mixture, knead well, cover and set aside until it doubles in size.
3. Punch down dough and knead again. Roll out dough to fit the pizza tray.Spread with tomato sauce and add the toppings. Drizzle a little olive oil over. Sprinkle top with grated Mozzarella cheese and black pepper.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and the pizza is cooked.
