1 x 180 g can TC BOY Solid Tuna in Sunflower Oil, drained

1 packet Vermicelli (to soak) 

30 g Shitake mushroom

7-8 pcs Small prawn

50 g Minced chicken meat

50 g Cuttlefish

1 tablespoon Groundnut (fried)

1 tablespoon Chilli sauce

2 pcs Shallots, peeled and thinly sliced 

1 stalk Celery, chopped

1 bunch Spring onion, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon Chilli powder

3 tablespoons Lemon juice

3 tablespoons Fish sauce

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Salt

Others   Coriander leaves, chopped red chilli, thinly sliced

 

1罐180公克TC BOY 葵花油浸金枪鱼,去油

1包 冬粉,浸软

30公克香菇

7至8只小虾仁

50公克 鸡肉碎末

50公克 鱿鱼

1汤匙 花生米, 炒香

1汤匙辣椒酱

2粒 小红葱头,去皮细片

1枝 西洋芹,切碎片

1枝 匙青葱,切碎末

 

1 汤匙 辣椒粉 

3 汤匙 柠檬汁 

3汤匙 鱼露 

1茶匙 糖 

1茶匙 盐

少许  香菜叶,切碎末

      红辣椒 ,切碎片 

 

1 x 180 g tin Ketulan Besar Tuna dalam minyak Bunga Matahari TC BOY,

1 paket Tang Hoon (direndam) 

30 g Cendawan telinga 7-8 ekor Udang kecil 

50 g daging ayam, dicincang halus 

50 g Sotong 

1 sudu besar Kacang tanah, digoreng 

1 sudu besar Sos cili 

2 ulas Bawang merah, dikupas dan dihiris

1 tangkai Daun saderi, dicincang kasar

1 batang Daun bawang, dicincang kasar

1 sudu besar Serbuk cili

3 sudu besar Jus lemon

3 sudu besar Sos ikan

1 sudu kecil Gula

Lain-lain Daun ketumbar Cili merah

 

Preparation:

1. Cook the vermicelli. cuttlefish. prawn. chicken meat, mushroom and set aside. 

2. In a big bowl, mix chilli sauce and chilli powder, add in cooked vermicelli, cuttlefish, prawn, chicken meat and mushroom and mix well. 

3. Add 1 can of TC BOY Tuna, shallots, celery, spring onion, groundnut and mix well. 

4. Add in fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir and mix throughly. 

5. Garnish with coriander leaves and red chilli before serving.

 

1.先将冬粉、鱿鱼、虾仁、鸡肉碎末及香菇烫熟备用・ 

2.将辣椒酱、辣椒粉放入碗中调匀,再放入第1项烫熟的材抖拌匀・然后再加入1罐TC BOY葵花油浸金枪鱼、花生米、小红葱头片、西洋芹末、青葱末拌匀。 

3.以鱼露、柠檬汁、糖及盐调味。 

4装盘,以香菜叶及红辣椒装饰之。

 

1. Masak tang hoon, sotong, udang, isi syam, cendawan dan ketepikan. 

2 .Campurkan sos cili dan serbuk cili di dalam mangkuk besar, masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah dimasak (tang hoon, sotong, udang, isi ayam dan cendawan) dan gaul rata. 

3. Masukkan 1 tin Ikan Tuna TC BOY, hirisan bawang merah, daun saderi, daun bawang, kacang tanah dan gaul rata. 

4. Masukkan sos ikan, jus lemon dan gula. Kacau hingga rata. 

5. Hias dengan daun ketumbar dan cili merah.
