Description:

A 10 mins thai style salad. You can serve with rice or on lettuece as a salad or as an appetizer in a celery boat.

Ingredient:

2 x 180 g cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in Spring Water, drained

50 g Lemongrass, finely sliced

2 pcs Shallots, peeled and thinly sliced

20 g Spring onion, chopped

10 pcs Bird's eye chillies, finely sliced 

2 teaspoons Lemon juice

2 teaspoons Fish sauce

1 bunch Coriander leaves, chopped

2 pcs Red chillies, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon Sugar 

20 g Mint leaves

 

2罐 180公克TC Boy 水浸金枪鱼塊,去水。

50公克香茅菜,切细片

2粒小红葱头,去皮切细片

20 公克 青葱,切细片

10条小辣椒,切细片

2茶匙柠檬汁

2茶匙 鱼露

1枚芫荽菜,切细片

2条红辣椒,切细片

半茶匙糖

20公克薄荷叶

 

2 x 180 g tin Ketulan Besar Isi Ikan Tuna TC BOY 

50 g TC BOY Serai, dihiris nipis

2 ulas Bawang merah, dikupas dan dihiris halus

20g Daun bawang, dipotong halus

10 batang Cili padi, dipotong

2 sudu kecil Jus lemon

2 sudu kecil Sos ikan

1 tangkai Daun ketumbar, dicincang halus

2 batang Cili merah, dipotong panjang

½ sudu kecil Gula

20 g Daun pudina

 

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix shallots, spring onion, lemongrass, bird's eye chillies. Add in tuna, lemon juice, fish sauce and sugar. Mix well. 

2. Garnish with coriander leaves, red chilli and mint leaves before serving.

 

1. 用一大碗,加入小红葱头、青葱、洋葱、香茅菜、小辣椒,并加入 TC BOY 金枪鱼肉、柠檬汁、鱼露及糖搅拌。

2.  装盘,并以芫荽叶、红辣椒片及薄荷叶装饰之即可食用。

 

1. Satukan bawang merah, daun bawang, serai, ciii padi di dalam mangkuk. Masukkan Ikan Tuna TC BOY, jus lemon, sos ikan dan gula. Gaul sehingga rata. 

2. Hias dengan daun ketumbar, ciii merah dan daun pudina.
