Ingredient:

1 x 180g can TC BOY Solid Tuna in Extra Virgin Oil, drained

1 x 170g can Cuttlefish shoyu, drained

200g Prawn, peeled & remove back vein

200g Scallops

6 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped

8pcs Bird’s eye chillies, finely sliced

2 cups Tomato puree

½ cup Olive oil

200g Fettuccine pasta, boiled & drained

Others Sugar to taste, Salt and ground pepper to taste, Chopped parsley

 

1罐180公克TCBOY 特级初橄榄油浸白肉金枪鱼,去油

1 罐175 公克 酱油鱿鱼,滤干酱油

200公克虾仁,去壳去肠

200公克干贝

6瓣蒜头,捣成碎末

8条小辣椒,切细片

2杯番茄泥

半杯橄榄油

200克Fettuccine 意大利面条(煮熟滤干,装盘装备)

少许糖、盐、胡椒粉、巴西利叶细末

 

1 x 180g tin Ketulan Besar Isi Tuna dalam minyak Zaitun Asli TC BOY Tuna, ditapis

1 x 170g Sotong dalam kicap

200g Udang

200g Kepah

6 ulas Bawang putih, dikupas dan dicincang halus

8 biji Cili Padi, dipotong

2 cawan Tomato puri

½ cawan Minyak zaitun

200g Pasta fettuccine (direbus & diketepikan)

Lain-lain Sedikit gula, Garam & lada sulah, sedikit daun parsli, dicincang halus

 

Preparation:

1. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in tomato puree and cook for a while. Add in bird’s eye chillies.

2. Add cuttlefish, prawn, scallots and TC BOY Tuna. When it simmers, mix in salt ,ground pepper and sugar to taste.

3. Spoon the gravy on the pasta.

4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

 

1.烧热橄榄油,加入蒜末快炒,加入番茄泥煮一会儿,然后再加入小辣椒。

2.加入TC BOY金枪鱼肉, TC BOY酱油鱿鱼、虾仁和干贝。焖煮一会儿,并以盐、糖和胡椒粉调味。

3.将以上酱汁淋上Fettuccine意大利面条上。

4.并酒上少许巴西利装饰之即可。

 

1. Panaskan minyak zaitun, masakkan bawang putih dan kacau. Masukkan tomato puri, masak sekejap dan masukkan cili padi.

2. Masukkan sotong, udang, kepah dan ikan Tuna TC BOY. Apabila telah mendidih, masukkan garam, lada sulah dan gula, sedap rasa. Tuangkan sos ke atas pasta.

3. Tabur daun parsli yang dicincang halus diatas dan hidang.
