Ingredient:

2 x 185g cans TC BOY Solid white Meat Tuna in extra Virgin Olive Oil, drained

1 stalkcarrot, finely sliced

5pcs birs’d eye chilli, finely sliced

40 g Yam,diced and fried

1 tablespoon cashew nuts

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 clovegarlic ,finely chopped

3 tablespoons water

2 teaspoons light soya sauce

½ teaspoon ground pepper powder

1 tablespoon fish sauce

20g spain onion, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons oysters sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 bunch spring onion

2 pcs dried chilies, fried 

Others basil leaves, coriander leaves chopped

 

2罐185公克TC BOY特级初柠檬橄榄油浸白肉金枪鱼,去油

1枝红萝卜,切片

5条小辣椒,切细片

40公克芋头,切丁并炸过

1汤匙腰果

1汤匙食用油

1粒蒜头,切成末

3汤匙水

2茶匙酱油

半茶匙粗胡椒粉

1汤匙鱼露

20公克糖

1茶匙麻油

1枝青葱

2条辣椒干,炸过

少许九层塔叶末和芫荌叶末

 

2 x 185g cansKetulan Besar Isi Ikan Tuna dalam minyak zaitun TC BOY, ditapis

1 batang lobak merah,dihiris nipis

5 biji Cili padi, dipotong

40g keladi,dipotong dadu dan digoreng

1 sudu besar biji gajus

1 sudu besar minyak masak

1 labu bawang putih, diketuk

3 sudu besarair

2 sudu kecil kicap cair

½ sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah

1 sudu besar sos ikan

20g bawang sepanyol, dikupas dan didadu

2 sudu besar sos tiram

1 sudu besar gula

1 sudu kecil minyak bijian

1 batang daun bawang

2 batang cili kering(digoreng)

Lain-lain sedikit daun selasih, sedikit daun ketumbar

 

Preparation:

1. Heat oil , sauté garlic and spain onion. Add TC BOY Tuna, carrot, yam and bird’s eye chilies.

2.Add light soya sauce,sugar ,fish sauce and water.Cook for about 5 minutes.

3.Add spring onion, cashew nuts, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper powder and basil leaves.

4.Garnish with coriander leaves and fried dried chillies.

 

1.热油,加入蒜末和西班牙洋葱炒香,并加入TC BOY金枪鱼肉,红萝卜、芋头和小辣椒翻炒,

2.加入酱油、糖、鱼露和水,煮至5分钟。

3加入青葱、腰豆、耗油、麻油、粗胡椒粉和九层塔叶。.

4.以芫荌叶和辣椒干装饰之。

 

1. Panaskan minyak tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang sepanyol. Masukkan ikan Tuna TC BOY,lobak merah,keladi dan cili padi.

2.Masukkan kicap, gula, sos ikan dan air, masak selama 5 minit.

3. Masukkan daun bawang, biji gajus, sos tiram, minyak bijian serbuk lada sulah dan daun selasih.

4. Hias dengan daun ketumbar dan cili kering yang telah digoreng.
