Tuna Red Curry

Ingredient:
2 x 180g cans TC BOY White Meat Tuna in vegetable oil, drained
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon red thai curry sauce
70ml coconut milk
½ tablespoon dried shrimp, finely pounded
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons fish sauce
2 pcs kaffir lime leaf, fine sliced
10pcs horapha basil leaves
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
½ red chilli, finely sliced
Preparation:
1. Heat oil. Saute Red Thai Curry Paste until fragrant. Add kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves.
2. Add coconut milk and simmer. Add dried shrimp, sugar and fish sauce. Fry for a while and add in TC BOY Tuna.
3. Garnish with coconut cream and sprinkle red chilli and coriander leaves before serving.
