Ingredient:

4 x 180g TC BOY Solid white Tuna in Extra Virgin  Olive oil, drained.

2 teaspoons fennel seeds powder

2 teaspoons coriander powder

½ cup kerisik (pounded roasted grated coconut)

1 bowl thick coconut milk

Others

cooking oil for sauté. Sugar and salt to taste

 

“A” Ground into fine paste:

10 pcs red chilies

10 pcs bird’s eye chilies

2 pcs kaffir lime leaves

4 cloves garlic, peeled

5 stalks lemongrass

2 cm galangal, peeled

1cm ginger, peeled grinded together

 

4罐180公克 TC BOY特技初榨橄榄油浸白肉金枪鱼,去油

2茶匙茴香子粉

2茶匙芫荌粉

半杯干椰屑

1碗浓缩椰奶

少许食用油

糖和盐

 

“A”材料搅拌成泥状:

10条红辣椒

10条小辣椒

2片粗皮桔子叶

4瓣蒜头,去皮

5枝香茅叶

2公分南姜,去皮

1公分姜,去皮

 

4 x 180g tin ketulan besar isi ikan tuna dalam minyak zaitun asli TC BOY,ditapis

2 sudu kecil serbuk jintan manis

2 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar

½ cawan kerisik

1 mangkuk santan pekat

Lain-lain

Minyak untul menumis Gula dan sedikit garam

 

“A” Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar:

10 batang cili merah

10 biji cili padi

2 helai daun limau purut

4 ulas bawang putih

5 batang serai

2cm halis

1cm halia

Dikisar bersama

 

Preparation:

1. Heat oil, sauté “A” until fragrant. Add coconut milk and simmer slowly until thickened.

2.Add TC BOY Tuna, kerisik , salt,sugar,fennel seed powder and coriander powder.Cook on 

medium flame for about 5 minutes until mixture thickened.

3. Garnish before serving.

 

1.热油,将材料A 炒香。加入椰奶并慢火至汤汁变稠。

2.加入TC BOY金枪鱼肉、干椰屑、盐、糖、茴香子粉和茴荌粉。以中火煮5分钟,煮滚至浓稠,即可。

 

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan “A” hingga naik bau.Masukkan santan dan didihkan perlahan hingga pekat.

2.Masukkan Ikan Tuna TC BOY, kerisik, serbuk jintan manis,serbuk ketumbar,garam dan gula. Masak dengan api yang sederhana selama 5 minit hingga agak kering.

3. Hidang sementara panas.
