Ingredient:

2 x 180g cans TC BOY Solid white meat tuna in vegetable oil,drained

400g potato, boiled and mashed

1pc onion, peeled and fine sliced

2 teaspoons Fish curry powder

½ teaspoon Ground pepper powder

1pc red chili finely chopped

1pc egg 

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 handful coriander leaves, chopped.

Others sugar ,cooking oil

 

2罐 180公克TC BOY油浸白肉金枪鱼块,去油

400公克 马铃薯,煮软捣成泥

1粒 洋葱,去皮切成细丁

2茶匙 鱼咖喱粉

半茶匙 粗胡椒粉

1条 红辣椒,切成细丁

1粒 鸡蛋

1茶匙 鱼露

1撮 芫荌菜、切碎末

少许 糖和食用油

2 x 180g tin ketulan besar isi Ikan Tuna dalam minyak sayuran TC BOY,ditapis

400g ubi kentang,direbus dan dilecek

1 biji bawang besar, dikupas dan dicincang halus

2 sudu kecil serbuk kari ikan

½ sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah

1 tangkai cili merah, dicincang halus

1 biji telur

1 sudu kecil sos ikan

1 genggam daun ketumbar, dicincang

Lain-lain sedikit gula,minyak untuk menggoreng.

Preparation:

1. In a big bowl , mix TC BOY Tuna ,potato,onion,curry powder,red chilies,fish sauce,coriander leaves,ground pepper powder,sugar ,egg and mix well

2. Shape mixture into slightly ping pong balls and deep fried in hot oil until golden yellow.

1.将TC BOY金枪鱼肉、马铃薯泥、洋葱、鱼咖喱粉,红辣椒末、鱼露、芫荌叶末、粗胡椒粉。

2.将此混合物搓成圆球状,放入大火的油锅中炸至金黄色。

1. Campurkan ikan tuna TC BOY,ubi kentang, serbuk kari,cili merah,sos ikan,daun ketumbar,serbuk lada sulah, bawang besar,gula dan telur.Gaul hingga sebati dan lumut.

2. Bentukkan bebola sebesar bola pingpong dan gorengkan hingga kekuningan.
