Ingredient:

2 x 180 g can TC BOY Solid White Meat Tuna in brine, drained

2 tablespoons thai red curry paste

2 cups coconut cream

3 cups coconut milk

1 cup potato, peeled and cut to 2

½ cup onion , peeled and chopped

3 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

 

2 罐TC BOY 盐水浸金枪鱼

2汤匙泰式红咖喱酱

2杯浓缩椰酱

3杯椰奶

1杯马铃薯

半杯洋葱,去皮切成碎末

3汤匙鱼露

1汤匙糖

 

2 x 180g tin ketulan besar isi ikan tuna dalam air garam TC BOY , ditapis

2 sudu besar pes kari merah thai

2 cawan krim kelapa

3 cawan santan

1 cawan ubi kentang, dikupas dan dibelah 2

½ cawan bawang besar, dikupas dan dicincang

3 sudu besar sos ikan

1 sudu besar gula

 

Preparation:

1. Heat 1 cup of coconut cream with red thai curry paste on medium flame until simmer. Add the banana of coconut cream a little by a little and mix well.

2. Add potato, onion, fish sauce,sugar and coconut milk. Add TC BOY Tuna and slowly simmer until the potato is cooked.

 

1. 以中火加热1杯浓缩酱和红咖喱酱。然后再慢慢将剩下的浓缩椰酱加入并搅拌匀匀。

2.加入马铃薯、洋葱、鱼露、糖和椰奶。再慢慢加入金枪鱼肉,马铃薯煮软后即可上桌。

 

1. Panaskan 1 cawan krim kelapa bersama pes kari merah di atas api yang sederhana sehingga mendidih. Tambahkan baki krim kelapa sedikit demi sedikit sambil di kacau.

2. Masukkan ubi kentang, kentang, bawang, sos ikan, gula dan santan kelapa. Masukkan ikan tuna TC BOY dan didihkan perlahan hingga kentang masak.
