Spicy Thai TUNA Otah

Ingredient:

3 cans TC BOY Tuna with Chilli Padi

1 can TC BOY Tuna in Brine

250 g chopped prawns

50g Dancing Chef Choo Chee Sauce

100ml coconut Milk

1tbsp orange sugar

2 medium eggs (beaten slightly)

3tbsp rice flour

3 pcs kraffir Lime leaves (finely shred)

2tbsp chopped coriander leaves

12 to 14 pieces banana leaves (about 20 cm x 25 cm)

 

3 TC BOY辣味金抢鱼

1 TC BOY 白肉金枪鱼

250 g 鲜虾250克

佳味辣酱 50 克

椰浆 100ml

红糖1匙

2个鸡蛋

粘米粉3汤匙

枫甘叶3片切丝

芫茜叶切碎2汤匙

香蕉叶12 – 14 片

 

Preparation:

1 Add beaten egg,Choo Chee sauce, coconut milk , rice flour, sugar in a mixing bowl stir with spoon thoroughly until well mix. Slowly bind in Tuna flakes and prawn meat.

2 Scald banana leaves in boiling water to soften, and drain. Place about 2 tablespoons of Tuna Otak mixture in the center of each square, spreading it about 5 mm thick, and fold and enclose both ends, weaving them though the leaf layers.

3 Cook over barbecue or under a grill for 5 to 6 minutes for each side or until Tuna otah packets are well cooked.

 

1 将鸡蛋,佳味辣酱料,椰浆,粘米粉与红糖等料一同注入大腕先搅拌均匀,便把辣泰式白肉金枪鱼和虾肉一同拌入,搅均匀。

2 把香蕉叶先飞热水,在叶子中央放上两大匙金枪乌打鱼膠。

3 将香蕉叶包摺成长条便可烤用以5至6分钟将乌打包每面烤至熟即可趁热上桌。
