Tuna Fried Bihun

Ingredient:

2 x 180g can of TC Boy Tuna with Chilli Padi 

500g of beehoon

3 cloves garlic, chopped

5 cloves shallots, sliced thinly

150g carrot and cabbage, chopped

2 tablespoon dark soy sauce

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

 

Preparation:

1. Fry the shallots till brownish. Remove it and set aside.

2. Fry garlic, add whole can of chilli padi tuna, carrot and cabbage, stir fry.

3. Add in bee hoon that has been soaked in water and stir.

4. Add water till just nice cover the bee boon. Add salt, pepper, dark soy sauce.

5. Fry till all water dries up.

6. Serve and sprinkle the fried shallots on top.
