Kimchi
Tofu, cubed
1 onion, sliced
Garlic, minced
Spring onion, chopped
Water or stock
A little oil
Step-by-Step
Step 1: Prepare all ingredients. Open the TC BOY Tuna Chilli Padi, slice the onion, mince the garlic, cut the tofu, and get the kimchi and spring onion ready.
Step 2: Heat a little oil in a pot. Sauté the onion, garlic, and kimchi until fragrant.
Step 3: Add TC BOY Tuna Chilli Padi and stir well for 1–2 minutes.
Step 4: Pour in water or stock, then add tofu. Bring to a boil and simmer.
Step 5: Season to taste and add spring onion. Let the stew cook until rich and slightly thickened.
