Ingredients
1 can TC BOY Tuna Lemon and Pepper
2 cups cooked biryani rice or cooked basmati rice
1 small onion, sliced
Whole spices, such as bay leaf, star anise, cloves or cardamom
1 tablespoon oil
Chopped parsley or coriander for garnish
Step-by-Step
Step 1: Prepare rice, sliced onion, whole spices, herbs, lemon, and 1 can of TC BOY Tuna Lemon and Pepper.
Step 2: Cook the rice with whole spices until 70% done. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until golden brown.
Step 4: Add TC BOY Tuna Lemon and Pepper and stir well.
Step 5: In a pot or deep pan, layer the rice with the tuna mixture and herbs.
Step 6: Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Fluff gently, garnish, and serve hot.
