Ingredients:

• 1 can TC BOY Fried Mackerel in Chili Sauce
• 1 pack instant noodles (Maggi)
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 egg (optional)
   

Instructions:

1. Boil noodles until just soft, drain and set aside.
2. Sauté onions in a pan.
3. Add noodles and mix in  Fried Mackerel in Chili Sauce and Maggi seasoning.
4. Plate noodles and top with the fried egg. Serve hot.
