Soft bread roll filled with savory tuna, perfect as a quick snack or light meal.

Cooking time: 9 minutes

Ingredients:

• bread 
• 1 can of TC Boy Tuna in Sandwich Delite
• 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
• ½ onion (finely chopped)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 
   

Instructions:

1. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread a spoonful of the tuna filling on one side, then roll tightly.  
2. Spread TC Boy Tuna in Sandwich Delite and onion, then roll.
3. Brush with egg, coat  with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the rolls until golden brown.
