Healthy Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of purple cabbage (chopped)
  • 1/3 carrot
  • 1/3 cucumber (japanese)
  • 1 cup of edaname

 
Instructions


1. Boil the edamame until it turns soft. Peel it.

2. Cook the quinoa with 1 cup of water. 

3. Add TC BOY Tuna with Galic & Herb, carrot, vagetables, edamame into the bowl with quinoa

4. Healthy Poke Bowl is ready to be served.
