Ingredients
- 1 Tin TC BOY Tuna Solid In Brine
- 1 Pack of Egg Tofu
- Some Carrots (Diced)
- Pastry Dumpling
- 3 Garlic Cloves (Sliced)
- 1/2 Inch Ginger (Sliced)
- 3 Paddy Chili Stems
- A pinch of Fine Salt
- A pinch of Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
1. Add the carrots, egg tofu and tuna
2. Crush all the ingredients until smooth
3. Prepare the dumpling pastry and place the tuna batter in the middle
4. Crimp the tuna dumplings with a fork so that the middle filling does not come out
5. Saute the garlic and add some water
6. Add a pinch of fine salt and then add ginger
7. Add paddy chilli and a pinch of black pepper powder
8. Add the tuna dumplings and wait for them to boil
9. Ready to serve
