BELI & MENANG 2.0 Contest Terms & Conditions
1.This “Beli & Menang 2.0” contest involves all Retail Outlets and TCBM official online platforms (Shopee, Lazada & TCBOY website) that selling TC BOY products.
2.This contest is open to all Malaysian Citizens aged 18 years old and above. The Organizer, the Organizing Staff of its affiliates, the agencies involved (including their immediate family members) in organizing are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in this contest.
3.This contest starts from 20th September 2021 until 28th February 2022 (Contest Period). The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, change the schedule, and/or extend the duration of the contest and/or cancel this contest at any time without prior notice.
4.To avoid any difficulties, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organizer, the participant is not entitled to make any claim or receive compensation from the Organizer for any loss or damage suffered or expenses incurred by the participant either directly or indirectly arising out of the cancellation, termination or suspension of the contest by the Organizer.
5. Participants who join this Beli & Menang 2.0 Contest will agree to receive any promotion or activity from TCBOY Marketing Malaysia in the future.
6. Steps to participate:
a. Participants must
- purchase 1 can of TC BOY Sardines in Tomato Sauce 425G and 1 can of TC BOY Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce 425G (minimum 1 can each) in a single receipt at any Retail Outlets, and TCBM official online platform (Shopee, Lazada & TCBOY website)
- For Retail Shop, write clearly the name and identity card number on the receipt.
- For Online Platform, write clearly the name and identity card number on the complete order sheet.
- Take the receipt photo and send the photo via WhatsApp to TCBM Official mobile number (+6017-419 2488). Make sure the photo taken is completely clear.
- Keep the original receipt for proof until the winner’s announcement.
b. Participants are allowed to submit more than (1) WhatsApp entry, but the required details must accompany each entry as per 6a in a different receipt.
c. The Organizer accepts the original printed receipts only. Copies or reprint receipts will not be accepted. Receipts that are difficult to read, damaged, altered, copied, obtained illegally, misprinted, or do not contain the required information will also not be entertained.
d. The contest will start at 10:00 AM on 20th September 2021 and will end at 12:00 PM on 28th February 2022.
e. +6017-419 2488 is a special line provided by the Organizer and no certificate of acceptance will be sent by the Organizer regarding all entries submitted. Any inquiries/calls through this line will not be entertained.
f. The Organizer will not reimburse participants for any charges incurred for submitting entries if any.
g. The Organizer and the companies involved in this contest will not be held responsible for any delays, failure to send or interrupt WhatsApp messages, including any unauthorized use of mobile phones or customer accounts during this contest.
7. Winners selection mechanism:
a. The concept of winner selection based on lucky draw and selection of winners will be selected within two months after the dateline of 28th February 2022.
b. The Organizer will write down all the participants' phone numbers, and the lucky draw session will start with consolation prizes first and be followed by the 3rd prize, 2nd Prize, and lastly the Grand Prize.
c. The winner can win and claim only one prize, whichever comes first. Winners cannot choose or exchange the prize.
d. The new draw will be done, if the name selected has won the earlier prize.
e. The winners will be contacted by the Organizer to obtain the personal details to send the prize.
8.Prize List:
a. Grand Prize X 3: Carote Brand Non-Stick Cookware Set
b. 2nd Prize X 5: Khind Brand Robotic Vacuum
c. 3rd Prize X 8: Rusell Taylor Brand Smart Rice Cooker
d. Consolation Prize X 8: Belingerhaus Brand Stainless Steel Knife Set
e. Winners will receive prizes via courier delivered by the 3rd party company involved in this contest as a supplier.
f. The Organizer will share the winners' personal information with the shipping company, and all shipping costs will be bear by the Organizer.
9.Prize acceptance
a. The Organizer has the sole right to determine, differentiate, modify and/or replace the needs and numbers of the winners to be selected or placed for each category at their own discretion.
b. The decision of the jury in determining and selecting the winner is final. No appeal by correspondence or attempt to apply, comment, dispute this decision will be entertained.
c. All prizes will be sent within (60) working days from the date winner’s announcement. TC BOY Marketing Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for loss, injury, claims, damage, quality, life expectancy or expenses related to or in connection with the contest or for the use of prizes. The winner’s prize is on acceptance without any damage etc. whether the statement or implication is at its own risk.
d. By participating in this contest, the participants have agreed and acknowledged that the participants have read, understood, and agreed to follow the terms and conditions.
10. Personal Data Privacy Notice for Personal Data Protection 2010 (“PDPA”).
In compliance with the laws of Malaysia, the participants hereby agree and allow the Organizer to collect, process, and store the required details and / to disclose the personal data of the participants to the parties involved in conducting the contest. To withdraw from this contest after giving consent, the participants must give notice of withdrawal in writing to the Organizer before the end of the contest period.
